Some amazing feats that our alumni have accomplished in the 2024-25 season:

- Jeremy Tai, cello (2017 1st Place) – joined the Baltimore Symphony cello section
- Emad Zolfaghari, viola (2023 1st Place) – won third place at the Tokyo International Viola Competition
- Dana Kelley, viola (2013 3rd Place) – joined the National Symphony Orchestra as associate principal violist
- Mayumi Kanagawa, violin (2011 1st Place) – won first prize at the George Enescu International Competition
- Zlatomir Fung, cello (2014 1st Place) – loaned 1696 ‘Lord Aylesford’ Stradivari cello by the Nippon Music Foundation
- Tessa Lark, violin (2008 1st Place) – named artistic director of the Moab Music Festival in Utah
- Jacques Forestier, violin (2022 4th Place) – jointly won first prize at the Joseph Joachim Violin Competition
- Youjin Lee, violin (2013 1st Place)- loaned 1736 ‘Muntz’ Guarneri ‘del Gesù’ by the Nippon Music Foundation
- Gaeun Kim, cello (2022 1st Place) – won the Juilliard Concerto Competition
